1. General Regulations
    1. These Regulations are made ​​under Article. 4 of the Act  of 15 November 1984 Law of Transport (consolidated text. Dz. U. 2000 Nr 50 poz. 601, with amended changes). 
    2. The terms used herein shall mean:
  • Passenger – a person holding a valid ticket and using the service.
  • Carrier - a company providing transport of passengers by bus on the basis of permits and licenses issued by the competent public authorities, the Carrier name is given on the ticket.
  • Ticket - a registered document authorizing to use the service, within a specified period and for a fixed price.
  • Contract for carriage - is an agreement between the Carrier and the Passenger at the time of a ticket validity and with the passenger being carried on a regular route.
  • Timetable – a plan scheduling the time of departures from every bus stop and the names of the stops
  1. These Regulations apply to all passengers using the bus services operated by the Carrier.
  2. By purchasing the Carrier's ticket the passenger agrees to enter in the contract of carriage and accepts the Terms and Conditions of this contract.

2. Passenger

  1. Passengers must arrive at the designated stop on time.
  2. Passenger is required to meet all the requirements associated with traveling. Passengers must have a valid document entitling to special discounts or printed voucher – if the ticket was purchased online. The passenger is fully responsible for the lack of any documents.
  3. Passengers are required to comply with regulations for transport and staff recommendations.
  4. Passengers are responsible for damage they cause to the Carrier (including in particular the destruction of bus equipment) and other passengers based on the general principles provided for by the Civil Code.
  5. Passengers who intentionally or negligently damages the bus is obligated to pay to Carrier an amount equivalent to the costs to be incurred by the Carrier in order to fully repair the damage. If damage caused, referred to in the first sentence, will disable the operation, the passenger is obliged to pay in addition to the Carrier penalty in the amount of PLN 500 for each day off from service.
  6. Passengers who use the seats on the upper deck must remain seated while the bus is moving. Also, it is not allowed to stand on the seat, lean over, or beyond the open roof, hold tree branches and other objects that may be in your range. Upper deck is only for persons with seats.
  7. In the absence of free room on a bus the passenger has to wait for the next scheduled bus.
  8. The carrier is not responsible for minors traveling without legal guardian.
  9. Passengers are covered by accident insurance (NNW). The insurance only covers situations that may happen during the stay of a passenger on the bus. The insurance won’t cover for any damage caused as a result or while breaching the bus regulations. 
  10. Drinking alcohol, using drugs, or smoking is not permitted on the board of the bus
  11. It is forbidden to travel with animals on board of a bus.
  12. The traveler is entitled to reimbursement of an amount equivalent to the unused ticket in case the trip is not made due to the fault of the Car​
  1. Carrier
    1. Carrier reserves the right to refuse to carry the person and hold the ticket if the person came into it possession by violating the law.
    2. The carrier has the right not to allow to take seat on the bus or refuse further carriage without reimbursement of costs incurred by the Passenger in connection with travel, if the passenger:
  • does not comply with regulations,
  • is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • behaves in a manner that could adversely affect the safety or comfort of fellow travellers.
  1. Legal consequences of such situations are held by the passenger. If the Carrier uses the powers referred to in this paragraph the passenger is not entitled to demand any compensation.
  2. The carrier will make every effort to carry a passenger in a timely manner, in accordance with the timetable, but for reasons beyond their control, cannot guarantee this.
  3. Carrier is not liable for delays and their further consequences caused by administrative factors (eg police checks, ITD checks etc) or other factors beyond the control of the Carrier (eg technical problems, weather conditions, traffic jams).
  4. The carrier is not responsible for cancellations or changes in the route due to reasons beyond their control (eg due to street strikes, demonstrations that cause blockade of some streets or in the need of protection of their passengers, in the event of a natural disaster) or arising from further, unspecified reasons.
  5. Carrier reserves the right to introduce a change on the journey, for logistical reasons or safety of travelers.

 

  1. Tickets
    1. Tickets can be purchased from the driver, in the point of sale cooperating with the Carrier or on the website. The electronic ticket is printed by the passenger directly from the website.
    2. The carrier is offering for sale the following types of tickets:
  • 24h ticket
  • 48 h ticket
  • 72 h tickets
  • 7 days ticket
  • 14 days ticket
  1. The ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and the time 24 or 48 hours of validity is counted from the first entrance to the bus.
  2. The fare is based on the price list. Tickets purchased on the bus are paid in Polish zloty, Euros or American Dollars, while tickets purchased outside Polish borders are paid in the currency of the country where the ticket was purchased. Unused ticket is not refundable.
  3. The carrier offers the following discounts when buying a ticket:
    • 10% for pensioners over 60 years of age (decided by date of birth), on presentation of the current legitimacy of the retiree / pensioner or ID card with the date of birth
    • 10% for school children and students with a valid identity card
    • Kids under 5 go free
  4. The discounts granting is subject to presentation of the relevant document at the time of ticket purchase and during the inspection of the tickets on the bus. In the case of not having documents entitling to the discount the staff is required to collect subsidies to the normal ticket price.
  5. The discounts referred to in points. 4.5 are not in conjunction with any periodically introduced promotion.
  6. In the case of theft, loss or destruction of the ticket the Carrier does not issue a duplicate.
  7. There shall be no reimbursement of the the ticket if: 
  • The ticket has expired
  • The ticket is damaged and it is not possible to read it,
  • The passenger does not have the original ticket.
  1. Luggage
    1. The carrier is not responsible for personal items and the luggage of a passenger, unless the damage was the Carrier’s fault.
    2. Carrier is not liable for damages including the loss or damage of any transported items unless the damage resulted from willful misconduct or gross negligence caused by the Carrier. It is recommended for the passenger to buy an insurance policy on their own in the case of caring goods of great value, in particular, electronic equipment, as the carriers policy does not cover for their damage or loss.
    3.  Objects left on the bus out of forgetfulness or other reasons are not covered by protection and liability.
    4. If the passenger at the time of leaving the bus notices the absence or damage to their baggage, he/or she is obliged to inform the staff and obtain a written confirmation of this fact. Such confirmation the passenger shall attach to any written complaint, which is entitled to make in accordance with point 6. 
  2. Complaints
    1. Any claims arising from the contract of carriage should be addressed to the Carrier within one month of using the service. The complain can be submitted by the passenger or his/her legal guardian. Claims submitted by third parties will not be considered. When filing the claim the passenger must describe the circumstances, the claims, the damages and the manner of compensation. The complaint must be accompanied by a photocopy of the ticket and, in the case of a complaint concerning the baggage, a written confirmation of its damage or loss. The carrier shall consider complaints within one month of its receipt to the address
    2. Conditions of submission and the detailed procedure for handling complaints is governed by the Transportation Law.
  3. Final clauses
    1. In matters not covered by this Agreement the the following applies: ustawa z dnia 15 listopada 1984 r. Prawo Przewozowe (tekst jednolity Dz. U. z 2000 r. nr 50, poz. 601; z późn. zmian.), ustawa z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. Kodeks Cywilny (Dz. U. z 1964 r. nr 16, poz. 93; z późn. zmian.).
